La Ley de Vivienda y Empleo Justo de California (FEHA) protege a los empleados contra estos entornos.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ejemplos de un ambiente laboral hostil incluyen chistes de contenido sexual expl\u00edcito, comentarios no deseados sobre la apariencia, insultos raciales, s\u00edmbolos ofensivos o cualquier conducta persistente que cree un ambiente intimidante o abusivo. El empleado debe demostrar que el acoso se bas\u00f3 en una caracter\u00edstica protegida y que afect\u00f3 significativamente su entorno laboral.
